Disclaimer / Explanation Per FOSH's obligation as a certified horse industry organization ("HIO") that signed the United States Department of Agriculture's ("USDA") 2007 - 2009 Horse Protection Operating Plan, (http://www.aphis.usda,gov/animal_welfare/hp/downloads/hp_2007-09_op.pdf) FOSH is publishing the records of all current Horse Protection Act suspension violations from the USDA and signatory HIOs. Please note that the following HIOs' records are not included in this listing because they are not signatories of the Operating Plan, and have not provided permission to FOSH to include their data.
